该系列设备既可与装备2、3、
4台型80片锯齿机或1、2台塑121片
锯齿机的轧花厂配套,也可在籽棉
收购站(点)单独使用。一次烘干过
 程,可将籽棉含水率从9%~12%降 
到6%~8%,艳能低(1~2千克标煤/百
千克籽棉)。满足轧花加工的要求。
可采用燃煤、燃油式热风炉和锅炉
等多种热源形式。已在湖北、湖南、
江西等地大量推广。曾获机械部科
技进步二等奖。 

6MH series seed cotton drying equipment
 can be used in the gin houses with 2、
3or 45ets of 8O-bit saw machines or 1or
 2sets of 121-bit saw machines Also it 
can be llsd in seed cotton collection 
plants exclusively. After one drying 
process the moisture content of the seed
 cotton can be reduced from 9%~12%to 6%
-8%,conforming with the requirements of 
ginning processing. the heating system 
of the equipment has advantages oflow 
energy consumption(loo kg seed cotton/1
-2kg standard-coal); heating resource 
can be oil airheater7boiler or other 
styles.It is widely applied in the 
provinces of Hubei,Hunan and Jiangxi.
It won 2nd Prize for Scientific and 
Technological Progress by the Ministry
 of Machinery industry.
