该机采用大风量、低温、薄谷层的干燥技术和短时 受热,长时间缓苏的干燥工艺,故其干燥品质优良,热 艳低且不影响谷物种子的发芽率。具有作业程序及热 风 温度自动控制,超温报警停机,电机过载和缺相保 护装 置。还具有适应性强、清扫方便彻底、无混种 现象等优点。可广泛用于水稻、玉米、高梁和豆类 等谷物及谷物种子的干燥。 Thc machine applies large airnow,low tempera- ture,thin grain layers, shodtime heating and long time temper1ng under constant temperature in the drying process.Therefore,grain quality after drying is good,heat consumption is low and grain seed germination percentage is not affected.The dryers, working process and hot air temperature can be controlled automatic- ally.The dIyer also has overheat alarm and auto- matic turn off,motor over load protection and phrase lackage protection.The dryers',advanta- ges are Strong adaptability,easy cleaning and no mixing seed.The dryer can be widely used to dry rice.wheat,maize,sorghum,beans and etc. |
